Throughout the week, various yoga styles, from dynamic flows to gentle restorative practices, are available, followed by traditional Banya sessions that utilize heat therapy for relaxation and revitalization; please consult the schedule for specific times, locations, and yoga styles, and arrive a few minutes early, bringing a yoga mat and water, while being mindful of any Banya clothing guidelines.
